This one is better for larger/adult hands, if using one handed, but can be used two handed if smaller hands.

Keeping the fidgets sanitised. - They are fine to wipe , and they have been known to go through the washing machine, The trick is to wipe excess moisture off them. If left wet/damp (eg in washing machine) they can rust in appearance a little, but generally this does not affect function. Wiping with an antibacterial wipe or damp cloth, then drying them off thoroughly, is the key.
